How are the beneficiaries of Mitchell Thorp Foundation chosen?

The Foundation Board of Directors determines which families are chosen.

Where do these families call home?

San Diego North County, CA...locally referred to as North County.

Are my donations tax deductable?

Yes! Mitchell Thorp Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable foundation. The Foundation's Tax ID can be found on your donation receipt.

Mission Statement

The Mitchell Thorp Foundation (MTF) is a non-profit organization that supports families whose children suffer from life-threatening illnesses, diseases and disorders. MTF "cares for the caregiver" by providing both financial and emotional support to these families in their time of need.
